Each element of the vector is swap bonus and the block number at which it unlocks
vesting_bonuses: WeakBoundedVec<(<<T as Config>::Currency as Currency<<T as Config>::AccountId>>::Balance, <<T as Config>::Currency as Currency<<T as Config>::AccountId>>::Balance, T::BlockNumber), T::MaxVestingBonuses>
Each element of the vector is total bonus (set only once when bonus is given), remaining locked bonus and starting block number
